Virginia Commonwealth University’s International Partnership with the University of Oxford’s Harris Manchester College was established in 2005 after years of ongoing summer faculty exchanges. Harris Manchester College is Oxford’s newest and smallest college, offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. In addition to VCU faculty, students from the VCU Honors College can also attend Oxford University through the agreement. Jeff Wing, national scholarship coordinator, The Honors College, is director of the VCU-Oxford Harris Manchester Partnership.
