Academic success
The Academic Success for International Students program was created to measure, analyze and provide programmatic interventions for international students. The Global Education Office understands the complex nature of the transition from various international cultures to the American culture. As an ongoing initiative, ASIS seeks to continuously obtain and analyze data from various means to modify or create programmatic structures to enhance international student success.
ASIS serves as a mechanism to augment retention by serving as a bridge between various entities on the VCU campus as a central location for international students.
